New Business:

· 2003 Schedule of Events- As follows:

· NENATS RC Combat Event- Sat. June 14, CD Jim Reith. Fred would like to see a committee started to bring this event together, to organize event, to get donations, organize judges, prep field, etc. so Darrin can get more done without so much on his hands. Feels club shouldn’t have to do all the work and put all the money out and so few members participate in the event. Darrin Bellis doesn’t see a need for a committee. Expecting 35-40 pilots at $20.00 per head income. Motion made, vote, passed to allocate a $600.00 budget for prizes & trophies.

· Bob Berringer Memorial Scale Fly In– Sat & Sun.-June 28 & 29, CD Dick Wilkins. Conflict with date with RI Air show. Motion made, vote, passed to leave date as is. Motion made, vote, passed, to up landing fee to $10.00 for the weekend.
