Old Business:

Sign: In progress

Berringer Flyin: No change

Henry Struck Flyin: No change

Neighborhood Fly In: There was a discussion on the format. Same as last year to promoting the club as a good neighbor. It was agreed to look into getting a complete trainer set-up to raffle off, hopefully one of our neighbors close by wins it giving us 1 more allie with the encroaching housing. Trainers will be needed to help introduce prospective pilots to this great hobby. Donations for raffles were also discussed and would be very welcome.

Club Fun Fly: No change.

Heli Event: Eric has his CD License

New Business:

Non Members at the field: Discussion what to do. We should try to be cordial if at all possible. AMA card holding Pilots may fly at Salem Field up to 3 times as a guest of a club member. NO AMA = NO FLYING, PERIOD. If a non member becomes abusive you have every right to call the Police to remove the person or persons as they are trespassing. Of course we do not want this to happen if at all possible. This is a last resort.

You need to have your Club Membership card and AMA Membership card on you when at the field. If you are not displaying your cards out in the open please do not be offended if someone asks you to show them.

Mark Rice: Marks wife is donating his aircraft to the Club. Ron Czikowsky will take inventory of the items and may be listed for sale or perhaps some may be used as raffle prizes.

New Members: Ken Holloway of Groton CT.

Motion was made - meeting adjourned at 7:53 pm

Respectfully submitted, Lou Carpio - President
