Minutes of the June, 16th, 2004 Meeting

The June 16th, 2004 meeting of the RC Propbusters was called to order at 8:05 p.m. with 12 members   present.

The May minutes were accepted as read:

   Treasures report:  was read by Ron Czikowsky and was accepted as read.

  Old Business:

  Sign: Our new sign is still in the process of being made, a motion was made to put our old wooden sign out until the new one arrives.  Motion was passed and the old sign will be displayed until the new one arrives.

  Flying Sites: No updates at this time.

  Fertilizer: Has been laid down and is complete for the season.

  Soccer Club: No updates

  Bob Beringer Fly In:  Lou reported that the fly-in went relatively well seeing that our ad was omitted in Model Aviation.  18 registered pilots showed and fun was had by all.  The club also did well with concession sales and raffle sales.  Thanks to all those that helped with the event to make it a success.

  New Business: None

  Electric Fly:  Various types of advertising were discussed for the event.  Flyers will be distributed to hobby shops and clubs to gain interest.

  Meeting Times: New meeting times were discussed and locations.  No motions were made and the discussion will continue into the future.

New Members: None

Model of the Month: None

  A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:35pm . Motion so moved.
